fulfilling weekend!
it was a great weekend yet again! first i finally get together with the dhs dudes for a soccer match with yitwoon's team. Finally - because it was my first soccer game since the operation, and also because they have been playing together for some time already, which i came to know only on saturday. We lost 3-2 after conceding a 85th minute penalty, but i was rather disappointed my name was not in the starting line up, even though i have not played for awhile already.
then it was the second consecutive weekend that i was having supper with my brother and his friend. last week we had beef horfun from geylang, and we had roti prata for saturday. at this rate, our bellys not going to go away anytime soon. thanks to his help, i managed to sell away my ancient magic card collection for 350$. Remember the times when we skipped meals just to buy them, how silly, but what's youth without some foolishness?
sunday was bball day with my brother's 'team'. it was prolly just a sun tan session, and by 'team', i thought the team had no flair and was plain leisure. Even playing against another team, they look lacklustre and unorganised. Who cares, I just need a good exercise and some sun.
